Operation SHED: Thor's Hammer!

Having selected my chosen shed, it was time to do the job I wasn't looking forward to, getting the site ready...

My garden already had a shed, the problem with it is that it's knackered and rotten so had to go!

An easy task I hear you say? The problem is that the previous owner had used it as a store so it was full of built in units and shelves, these were all ripped out leaving just the shell.

The original plan was to unscrew all the panels and then cut them into bits, however the addition of the units and shelves had meant that the inside of the shed had been reinforced, where there should have been one screw or nail there were hundreds, add to that a few reinforcement beam and the shed was more solid than we'd planned for!

After to mins of trying to remove screws and nail, my dad and I decided that a different approach was required...

My suggested approach was smash the shed to bits with a hammer, my dad wasn't convinced however one comic book geek plus a lump hammer and the result is me channelling Thor!

20-30 minutes of me and a lump hammer and the shed was no more...

The shed panels were then broken up into nice back of car sized bits, next stage was to start doing battle with the line of conifer trees!
